How this works

Fabric and trims run at the same time. The later of the two gates proto making, and nothing starts before its materials are in.

Eid extends proto and SXS making, never fabric or trim sourcing. A supplier who is working keeps working.

Chinese New Year only applies to China sourcing, widened by the buffer days either side. BD local sourcing is never affected.

A day that does not count is charged once, weekend first, so an Eid day landing on a weekend is not counted twice.
